The Hope Centre
At the heart of our ministry in Cambodia, The Hope Centre equips, encourages and empowers people to make a lasting difference.

More Than a Building
Each year, hundreds of local children, pastors, missionaries, church groups, NGO workers and international mission teams pass through the doors of The Hope Centre.
Yet it is far more than a modern facility serving as AOC’s base of operations in Stung Treng Province. It is a ministry, launched and sustained through generosity, and dedicated to restoring hope and dignity to rural Cambodians.
The Hope Centre is designed to strengthen both individuals and communities. Its multi-purpose spaces include classrooms, dormitories, kitchen and office facilities, and a large meeting hall — all created to serve a wide range of guests for varying reasons.

Every week, The Hope Centre welcomes people of all ages for all sorts of activities:

A Comfortable Place to Stay
For visiting short term mission teams, The Hope Centre offers safe, welcoming and purpose-built accommodation right at the heart of ministry activity. Staying onsite allows teams to be fully immersed in the life of the community — visiting the villages during the day and gathering together in the evenings for reflection, worship and connection.
With clean, air-conditioned dormitories, shared gathering spaces and kitchen facilities, it provides everything needed for a meaningful and comfortable stay — all within a setting that is actively changing lives.
Sustaining the Vision
Over the past 15 years, generous supporters have helped the vision of The Hope Centre, become a reality.
Today, Asian Outreach Cambodia is steadily working toward making The Hope Centre fully self-supporting. Until that goal is reached, outside support remains essential to help cover staff salaries, keep courses affordable for the community and maintain the facility.
Would you consider becoming part of The Hope Centre’s story?
Your support can help bridge the gap and ensure this centre of hope continues equipping, empowering and transforming lives for years to come.
