Help bring the gospel to Mongolia’s unreached villages. The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.

The Harvest is Plentiful...

Across the vast landscapes of Mongolia, countless people have never heard the message of Jesus. Our partners at Genesis Asian Outreach Mongolia are committed to changing that.

They are passionate and committed to reaching their nation with the good news. This requires long journeys, significant sacrifice, and faithful perseverance. Our church-planting team willingly gives their time, comfort, and energy to bring the gospel to places where few others will go.

It's challenging work, but the opportunity is enormous. Hearts are open, and the harvest is plentiful.

Send Out the Workers

God is at work in Mongolia. People are responding to the message of Jesus, churches are growing, and new communities are being reached with the gospel for the very first time.

By partnering with our church-planting team, you're helping make that possible. Your gift provides the practical resources needed to reach remote villages and disciple new believers, including transport, accommodation, Bibles, audio Bibles, ministry resources, and leadership training.

Together, we can help bring the hope of Christ to more people across Mongolia.

Planting Churches.

When communism fell in 1990, only a handful of Christians could be found in Mongolia. Today, there are more than 70,000 believers, yet many attend churches in larger cities. Across rural Mongolia, countless communities still have no church and little opportunity to hear the gospel.

Our partners travel to these remote communities to share the good news of Jesus. When people respond in faith, they need to know they are not alone. That's why our team returns regularly for prayer, Bible study, and encouragement, helping new believers grow in their faith. As friends and neighbours begin joining in, small home churches are formed and strengthened.

As churches grow, leaders are needed to shepherd new believers and guide them through the Scriptures. Since the 1990s, our partners have trained hundreds of leaders through the Great Commission Institute (GCI).

GCI provides biblical training and practical ministry skills that equip pastors and church leaders to disciple others. The result is healthy, self-sustaining churches that can continue sharing the hope of Jesus throughout Mongolia.

Building God's Church in Rural Mongolia

His Church Door is Open

Ganbaa’s story reflects the journey of many church leaders in Mongolia.

Born with clubfoot and enduring chronic pain, he refused to let health challenges hold him back from the Great Commission. When he saw his elderly neighbours struggling to walk kilometres to the nearest church, Ganbaa prayed for a way to plant one in his own community.

God provided a miracle: within two weeks of praying, funds arrived for a building right on the main street. Today, around 20 believers gather there every Sunday, and a children’s church has sprung up through our Winter Kits ministry, with 33 kids now attending discipleship.

Our partners have come alongside Ganbaa to mentor him in his role as a pastor. Through our Great Commission Institute training, he is now equipped to lead with confidence.

Nurtured to Maturity

In the rural Mongolian town of Bat-Ulzii, our partners spent six years nurturing a once-unreached community into a growing church.

What began with simple visits and discipleship has become a vibrant fellowship where families are coming to faith, children are receiving audio bibles, and even miracles of healing are taking place.

Recently, a young woman was freed from two years of back pain during prayer - her testimony strengthened the whole church.

This is the fruit of long-term investment: steady, faithful visits, supported by generous donors like you. Now, Bat-Ulzii is in the care of a Mongolian congregation from Ulaanbaatar, and our partners are moving on to plant more churches in unreached towns and villages.

From City to Countryside

We had the privilege of praying for and encouraging Pastor Mendee when we visited Mongolia. This young leader has caught the vision to reach Mongolia’s unreached.

From his church in Ulaangom, Pastor Mendee now leads small teams on mission-trips to remote villages - building friendships, sharing the gospel, and discipling new believers.

He first accompanied our partners on trips to the countryside and gained confidence and wisdom in running effective mission-ministry.

Now he has inspired his congregation to take up the call too. It all starts by finding one family who welcomes the message of Christ, then regularly visiting them to pray and worship together. Eventually, neighbours join in and a new home-church is born in rural Mongolia!

Help Send Workers into the Harvest Field

Your support helps send workers into Mongolia's remote communities with the hope of Jesus.

Through church planting, discipleship, and leadership training, our team is helping new believers grow in faith, strengthening local churches, and raising up Mongolian leaders who can reach their own nation for Christ.

Together, we can send workers into the harvest and help bring the good news to those still waiting to hear.
